We are having a FABULOUS week! The kids have had a lot of fun learning about places on a map, rhyming words, and all about nocturnal animals. The kids are enjoying making a map book, and can't wait to find out what we are going to use the compass we made for on Friday. As a reminder it's not too late to have your friends and family send in post cards. We will accept them for the next few weeks. This Friday we will be going to the Round Rock library and the Chamber of Commerce. Please have your child wear their blue jeans and red polo.

We also have a signup sheet posted on the bulletin board across from the aquarium for our parent teacher conferences. I will be sending home your child's report card during our scheduled conference.

Next week we are going to learn about how to become a better reader and writer, greater than & less than, fall changes, apples, and special sounds ou/ow, qu, and oi/oy. In addition we will begin practicing for our Christmas program. If you have not paid for your child to attend the next 2 field trips please do so by Monday. These will be the only 2 paying field trips we will take the rest of this year.

~ Christmas Program, December 3^rd & 4^th
